I, Sir Dulath, Knight Bachelor, do pledge to His Majesty, King Manus, service as Lord Chamberlain. I swear to uphold the office to the standards expected, to advance no favoritism or bias in the issuing of writs and deeds, and to insure the expediency of the Chancery and the well-ordering and fitness of the Royal Household. Further, I pledge full allegiance to Crown and Country and will execute my office only to the betterment of the Nation.
